We offer FREE SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND on orders over $100.

Essential Products for Covid19
Most of our Hats are now available for Essential Product purchase and delivery.
However Formal dress hats and Novelty hats are considered non-essential and will not be sent at this time. If in doubt please email us at:
Contactless delivery terms apply so deliveries must be 'left at door' or similar.


Shipping is FREE on any order delivered in New Zealand for orders over $100. A shipping charge of $5 will be charged for all orders less than $100. Orders of more than 1 item will increase shipping costs. Bulk wholesale orders do not receive free shipping.
Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days for shipments in New Zealand.

Estimated delivery internationally is 4-10 working days.
All NZ orders are delivered by courier. This means we need a physical street address for your order because couriers don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
Overseas orders are sent through New Zealand Post by airmail. The delivery target is 4-10 days. For couriered service please email us at: We regularly send parcels to the following destinations.

It is vital that your details are completed in full to ensure accurate sending and tracking of your purchases. Overseas bulk orders will require Freight charges to be supplied by quotation.

What about Bank Deposit?

Just check out like normal and select bank transfer as your method of payment – you will then be provided with our bank details.
Please note payments must be received within 5 working days or your order will be deemed void.

    • Returned items must be as you received them: Clean and with all hangtags attached.
    • No credits will be issued or exchanges made for items that have been worn; there should be no marks of facial make-up/hair product on the hat.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Please note: We do not refund original shipping and handling charges and Hatworx is not responsible for fluctuations in Exchange rates.
    • Please contact for items received damaged/defective or incorrect.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of your package for your refund to be processed.• Branded examples are for display purposes only.
